ABOUT THE ROLE:
Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time health services position, working 40 hours per week. Hours vary based on client needs, with flexibility for in-home visits and family support. You will provide services across the San Luis Valley.
Your Role: As a Family Support Partner with our nonprofit, your day begins by visiting families in their homes, offering vital support and guidance. You collaborate with community agencies, providing families with the resources they need to navigate behavioral health services. Throughout the day, you connect with children and caregivers, offering direct services and ensuring they feel empowered and supported. Your work helps families build resilience, and you are a steady source of encouragement in their journey toward healing.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Compassionate and empathetic communication skills with a strong ability to advocate for families
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, children, and community agencies
- Experience in behavioral health or a related field (preferred)
