What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Practice Provider - Orthopedics position at San Luis Valley Health?
San Luis Valley Health has a full-time opening for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider in the Orthopedics Department. A successful candidate must be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and possess a desire and ability to work with a team in a clinical setting with potential to provide surgical services. Minimum of two years of orthopedic experience preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License
- Eligible for Federal DEA
- BLS Certification
