What You'll Need :
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- One year experience in an office setting
- Customer Service experience
What You'll Do :
Greet patients / visitors in a courteous, welcoming mannerEnsure patient understands and signs all required forms as it pertains to the patient’s registration / admissionAccurate entry of all required information into the hospital systemCollect payment when applicableNotify the clinical department with the physician order for all outpatient services and prompt notification to the ER clinical staff of individuals seeking emergency servicesVerify that all patient and insurance information is entered accurately and that authorization is obtained for the services renderedCoordinate with referring physician office as it pertains to registration requirementsWe Take Care of Our People
