In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination. Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining awareness of patients' comfort and safety needs, and documenting nursing history and physical assessment for assigned patients.
Candidates for this role must have a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of an Associate's degree in nursing is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Current active Colorado Registered Nurse licensure and current AHA and BLS Certification are also necessary.
