What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Office Manager/Human Resources position at San Marino Retirement Community?
Essential Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee AP/AR, Payroll and Resident trust accounts
-Follow company, state and federal accounting and HR policies and procedures.
-Ensure all financial reporting is timely and accurate, providing the Executive Director with required information weekly, monthly and quarterly.
-Utilize financial software to create monthly invoicing and rent collection is efficent.
-Recruit, interview and hire qualified staff for business office duties while adhereing to budget.
-Supervise and schedule reception desk coverage and over night security staff.
-Complete onboarding with new employees timely and accurately ensuring company practices are followed.
-Work collaboratively with Artegans' Accounting Department and HR Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
