San Marino Unified School District is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cook/Baker to join our food services team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals and baked goods for students and staff while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of meals and baked goods according to established menus and recipes. Measure, mix, and bake ingredients to create breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Ensure meals meet dietary guidelines, portion standards, and food safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal. Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies. Follow all district, state, and federal food service regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with the food services team to provide excellent service and address special dietary needs. Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
