*Does not oversee or supervise
*Requires High School Diploma or GED
*Exceptional computer, clerical and communication skills
*At least 6 months clerical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Perform various clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and word processing.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - in person, as well as via telephone and email.
- Assist with administrative tasks under the guidance of the District Clerk.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain efficient office operations.
- Support the office with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Effective communication with judges, attorneys, law enforcement, and other court personnel
