What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Duty LVN NIGHTS position at San Rafael Healthcare, Inc?
San Rafael Healthcare is a Pediatric Home Health Agency that services the greater San Antonio area.
We are currently hiring for a patient in 78245. She is 5 years old. She has a trach/vent/GJ/Broviac. MOC prefers experienced nurses. The shifts are for NIGHTS. Friday-Tuesday 7p-7a.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients according to an active plan of care
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Coordination of care
- Health promotion and teaching
- Training of family members
New grads and licensed nurses without pediatric experience are welcome to apply! If you do not have pediatric experience, we WILL TRAIN YOU!

- Licensed as a nurse in the state of Texas
- Current CPR
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
