Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new business and service processes for investment and insurance products.
- Oversee paperwork and processing, including investment suitability requirements, insurance underwriting, and investment transfers.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and advisors on underwriting status, investment transfers, and other financial matters.
- Ensure client files are maintained in compliance with firm and broker/dealer standards.
- Assist in developing and updating firmwide training manuals and workflows.
- Provide backup support for client service, including answering calls and assisting walk-in clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of college with coursework in finance, economics, math, or related fields.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong math and logical reasoning skills.
- Experience with financial services software (e.g., Money Guide Pro, eMoney) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Series 6/7 and 63/65/66 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain within six months of hire.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and broker/dealer software.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
