About the Job: As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our healthcare providers by assisting with both clinical and administrative tasks. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge medical technology, collaborate with a great team, and contribute to the care and well-being of patients. We are looking for someone with a passion for patient care, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
- Patient Care: Take vital signs, update patient histories, and administer routine diagnostic tests (including spirometry, allergy testing, and more!).
- Hands-On Work: Assist with procedures, prepare and administer medications as directed by providers, and assist with tests like allergy injections, vaccines, and biologics.
- Team Support: Help coordinate care with multi-specialist offices, assist with training new staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
- Be a Patient Advocate: Guide patients through their treatments, educate them about their care, and ensure they feel heard and supported every step of the way.
Schedule & Perks:
- Full-time or Part-time options available
- Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
- Office Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible shifts)
- Note: Shifts may begin 15 minutes before our office opens and end 15 minutes after we close.
- Important: We have a location in Payson that we visit once a month, and staff will be required to travel there.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Medical Assistant Diploma (Required)
- Certifications: CPR Certification (Required)
- Medical office experience (Preferred, but not required)
- Bonus: Registered/Certified Medical Assistant (a plus!)
