Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to grow the wholesale sales by providing quality customer service, while selling parts for profit.
Essential Functions:
Answer phone using a professional greeting
Look up correct parts for vehicles
Procure parts from Phoenix warehouse or overnight from National in the most efficient and effective way
Work with other members of staff in a professional and friendly manner
Help front counter customers when necessary and when team members are busy or absent
Complete Ford and all other required training
Look for up sale opportunities
Collect as much information as possible for future use. (Eg. Customer name, phone number, email, etc..)
Answer emails frequently, on a daily basis
Use technology such as Collisionlink, fordparts.com when requested by customer
Responsibly control inventory
Write returns when they arrive; research returns if necessary
Complete PO paperwork daily
Manage SOP's daily
Write warranty parts with complete mileage and VIN# requirements
Qualifications
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
