PARTS DRIVER

Summary

A Parts Driver picks-up and delivers parts to our customers for the dealership. Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards. Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.

Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate all vehicles in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable company policy and procedures and traffic laws and regulations
• Observe rules of the road and demonstrate courtesy and defensive driving techniques
• Evaluate and coordinate logistics of parts truckruns efficiently to maximize time
• Update status of runs and provide other pertinent information
• Notify PartsManager of any issues with parts truck, including when maintenance is due
• Report any accidents or damage immediately
• Maintain the cleanliness of parts truck
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more
