Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to support salesman ,and maintain an organized and professional warehouse.
Essential Functions:
- Quickly and accurately pull parts to match invoice, using three check processes to ensure accuracy
- Maintain all warranty parts on a daily basis
- Keep track of qwmtit.les ,mr1 part numbers
- Utilize Delivery Management to help puller accuracy and IN salesmen lmow stt1tus or invol(e
- Accurately put stock away by correct part and bin number. making new places on shelves with p rt number tags, if
- necessary, Looking for multiple locations for similar parts, including SNS p,uts
- Process parts returns on a daily basis, keeping inventory updated
- Process wt1rrarity returns, 700 tags and scrap warranty parts on a daily basis
- Accurately keep inventory up to date utilizing cycle counts
- Deliver FedEx and UPS freight to other departments in a timely fashio11
- Accurately document when parts become 111 damaged
- Answer phone in a professional 1r1anner
- Communicate with team members in il professional, friendly manner
- Process SPO's and hand out sheets by 8:30am
- Keep work area clean and free of trash and debris
- Be willing to help and prioritize, taking initiative when things need to be don<;
- Complete all required training
