Responsibilities
- Perform residential painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, Sanding and finishing.
- Assist in renovation projects by restoring and renovating various structures.
- Utilize masonry skills for repair and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Operate welding equipment for metalwork related to construction projects.
- Collaborate with carpenters on frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential painting or related fields.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques is preferred.
- Welding skills are an advantage for specific projects.
- Experience in frame carpentry is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
