We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and driving retail sales while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
Duties
- Supervise and manage spa staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
- Drive retail sales by promoting spa products and services to clients effectively.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering processes for retail products.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with services received.
- Implement administrative procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency within the spa.
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional events and packages that attract new clients.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising staff within a spa or similar environment.
