Your Role at Sana Lake
Sana Lake is seeking a Vice President of Medical Services who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover!
As the Vice President of Medical Services, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the medical services department of our organization. Your main objective will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care and services to our members. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our medical services, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our medical services department.
In this role, you will utilize your strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and manage the medical services department. Your knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards will be essential in ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest level of patient safety and privacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the medical services department, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality and efficiency of medical services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including those related to patient safety and privacy.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement in medical services.
- Oversee the training, development, and performance evaluation of medical staff.
We would love to learn more about you if you are :
An individual with a Medical or Advanced Nursing degree (MD, PMHNP, APRN, PA, or DO) from an accredited institution
An individual with an advanced degree in healthcare administration or business administration from an accredited institution
Licensed in the medical or nursing discipline in the state of MO
A proven leader within a behavioral healthcare organization
Knowledgeable of healthcare regulations and standards
An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
Experienced in managing a mid to large medical services department
Knowledgeable of healthcare reimbursement and billing processes
An individual with a track record for driving quality improvement initiatives
