Position Overview:Our Head of Vibe/Manager on Duty joins our team to be part of a new kind of skincare experience. In this role, you will set the vibe for our guests as soon as they walk in the doors. You will check in guests, facilitate bookings, assist with inventory management, and retail sales. You will be working in a team environment as well as independently, reporting to the Studio Manager and COO.

Key Responsibilities: Knowledge & Guest Experience
- Make guests feel welcome and at home, Sana is a space for self-love and inclusivity.
- Provide Sana’s signature customer service and hospitality to guests: including in-person, over the phone and through email.
- Offer a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival
- Share our story, values, treatments, membership and retail selection with confidence and passion.
- Lead guest check in, collect intake forms, make bookings, provide information for guests, assist guests with retail selection, oversee all communication/inquiries within the studio.
- Provide support to the Skin Healers to ensure a successful check-in and check-out process
- Handle guest comments, complaints and concerns with grace and a smile, all of which are to be communicated to the Studio Manager and our COO
- Able to always exceed guest expectations
Education & Sales
- Knowledge of clean beauty and how to create a cleaner skincare routine, ability to speak clean beauty 101 to guests and recommend skincare routines based on our training protocols
- Bring value to each guest through education and recommendations (treatments, products)
- Clearly explain and ensure each guest understands the treatment they have chosen upon arrival
- Explain and recommend add-ons and memberships
- Be a team player
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, assist with inventory management, be able to assist clients with product sales and returns
- Make retail benchmarks
Administrative Tasks
- Monitor the cleanliness and professional presentation of retail, facial rooms, and common areas (front of store, retail, team area, bathrooms)
- Ensure spaces that are always kept in perfect condition
- Make guests feel at home as soon as they walk in by offering them tea or water
- Ensure all Skin Healers follow good time management with greeting clients at treatment time
- Keep guest waiting areas always presentable
- Assist with pick up and drop off of laundry
- Unpack deliveries, take out garbage and recycle
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
