Job Summary As the Studio Manager, you will lead a team and conduct a seamless, detail oriented studio with a positive environment. You will ensure the studio is always prepared for success – organized, clean, well-stocked, with a team that feels supported. You will ensure everyone on your team is empowered with the tools, information, and confidence they need to deliver the Sana experience to all guests. You will lead by example; You will provide amazing customer service to all guests, and you will be a team player with our studio employees. You will report directly to the COO and work with her to ensure all the Studio’s needs are met at all times.
Responsibilities Team & Shop Management
- Manage a team of 20 , creating a positive culture and team environment
- Ensure that the studio is well stocked, presentable, and clean at all times
- Manage the Studio schedule, ensuring all team members are aware where they need to be at all times.
- Be present for any studio emergencies
- Meet and exceed the Sana Standard of Service with all guests
- Respond to constructive guest feedback within 48 hours
- Manage all day-to-day tasks and operations for the entire studio
- Build and foster relationships with employees and clients
- Support your team members and create a positive workplace where positive behavior is appreciated, acknowledged, and rewarded
- Work closely with the Head Healer to manage the Skin Healer (esthetician) schedule
Training
- Train all new Head of Vibes
- Ensure the schedule is properly covered during trainings
- Check in monthly with each team member to see how you can support them and help maximize their metrics
- Provide feedback and coaching to the Head of Vibe team to help them achieve their monthly metric goals
- Set quarterly meetings with the Head of Vibe team to review goals, offer feedback, and encourage an open dialogue.
Business Knowledge
- Stays up to date with knowledge of all Sana offerings, products, and membership
- Manage schedule optimization to help maximize studio revenues
- Create loyal guests by converting any eligible guests to Sana Members
- Assist in the development of business plans to achieve Studio Budgets and Goals
- Work with the COO to develop new strategies for growth
Schedule
- The Studio is open 7 days a week. Monday-Friday 10-8, Saturday/Sunday 10-6
- The Studio Manager will work in the Studio Tuesday-Saturday 9:30 AM- 6:00 PM, but must have a flexible schedule. The majority of the Manager's hours are worked from the Front Desk of the Studio. You must be capable of multi-tasking and leading by example.
- The Studio is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
- We are looking to hire as soon as possible.
Qualifications
- We are looking for a candidate who values the Clean Beauty standards that Sana embodies

- Team Player, a natural leader who can lead a team but is also open to receiving feedback from the corporate team—and receives feedback with positivity
- Bonus: Experience managing or working in a Spa, Gym, or Wellness facility
- Preferable to have prior experience with a booking software such as: MindBody, Booker, Spa Soft, Zenoti, etc
- High level of customer service
- Positive attitude, engaging, and charismatic
- Proven track record working with hourly workforce
- Some beauty or spa experience is an advantage
- Proficient computer/Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to travel between Studios
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet the needs of the business
- Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - including weekends, opening shifts, and closing shifts
