Job Summary: We’re seeking a motivated and versatile individual with a passion for marketing, business development, and creative problem-solving. This role blends marketing expertise, business development strategy, and creative production to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proposal Development & Coordination: manage and coordinate responses to RFQs and RFPs, ensure timely delivery of high-quality, presentation-ready documents, Collaborate with internal teams to gather and integrate technical content, aligning with client needs and organizational goals, and write and edit content for clarity, brand voice, and brand positioning
- Creative Design & Content Development: leverage graphic, video, and web design skills to produce visually appealing content, and manage website design and functionality updates using HTML/CSS and WordPress
- Marketing Campaigns & Materials: develop, design, and produce marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and client-facing content, in print and digital formats, collaborate to create engaging social media content and oversee updates to website platforms, including WordPress, and coordinate and execute strategies for special projects, events, conferences, and trade shows
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, build relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless project execution
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
Required Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):
- Proven experience in marketing, PR, or business development
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of HMTL/CSS and WordPress
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet critical deadlines with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications (skills/experience/certifications):
- Experience with architectural, engineering, or professional service firms

Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000 per year
