Essential Functions-What You Will Do
- Leading the development and production of RFP/RFQ responses and interview presentation materials.
- Orchestrating corporate presence at industry conferences, including sponsorship coordination and attendee registration.
- Supporting event marketing initiatives, including setup, engagement strategies, communications, and on-site coordination.
- Developing and tracking KPIs for business development activities and campaign performance.
- Maintaining and optimizing CRM database and lead management systems.
- Creating and updating technical marketing collateral, including staff bios, case studies, and company capabilities statements.
- Strategizing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Managing branded merchandise and corporate gifting programs.
- Organizing internal knowledge-sharing sessions and client-facing events.
- Conducting competitive analysis as well as client and market research.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistent marketing execution across all office locations.
Competencies And Qualifications-What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field strongly desired.
- 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services industries.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred.
- Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, including principals, consultants, and clients.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible daily hours.
- Office located in Bedford, NH or Boston, MA.
