This unique role blends patient care, marketing, and front desk responsibilities into one dynamic and rewarding position.
1. Observation Program Coordinator
- Welcome and guide our youngest patients (ages 7-10) through our Guppy Grins observation program
- Build relationships with patients and families, tracking growth and preparing them for future treatment
- Support the clinical team by assisting with appointments and follow-up communication
2. Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan and organize marketing campaigns, both digital and print
- Manage our social media accounts with fresh, fun, and engaging content
- Coordinate school presentations and dental health programs
- Plan and participate in local events that promote our practice and connect with the community
3. Front Desk Scheduling & Greeting
- Greet patients with a smile and provide exceptional in-office experiences
- Schedule appointments and answer phones with warmth and professionalism
- Support administrative tasks to keep the day running smoothly
- A people-person who loves working with kids and families
- Confident communicator with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred
- Creative, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
