This unique role blends patient care, marketing, and front desk responsibilities into one dynamic and rewarding position.

1. Observation Program Coordinator

• Welcome and guide our youngest patients (ages 7-10) through our Guppy Grins observation program
• Build relationships with patients and families, tracking growth and preparing them for future treatment
• Support the clinical team by assisting with appointments and follow-up communication

2. Marketing & Community Engagement

• Plan and organize marketing campaigns, both digital and print
• Manage our social media accounts with fresh, fun, and engaging content
• Coordinate school presentations and dental health programs
• Plan and participate in local events that promote our practice and connect with the community

3. Front Desk Scheduling & Greeting

• Greet patients with a smile and provide exceptional in-office experiences
• Schedule appointments and answer phones with warmth and professionalism
• Support administrative tasks to keep the day running smoothly

• A people-person who loves working with kids and families
• Confident communicator with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred
• Creative, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
