As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person--and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.
Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
- Customer service experience
- Multi-phone experience
- Competence in Microsoft Office
