Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a crew of landscapers, ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. You will be responsible for supervising various landscaping tasks, including groundskeeping, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in daily operations.
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Maintain gardens by irrigating plants and managing soil health.
- Oversee tree care activities, including pruning and removal as needed.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
- Train new crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
