Main Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conducting sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and product knowledge.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices, market information, and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of proven outside sales experience in the compact or agricultural equipment industry.
- Cold calling experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A valid Class A driver's license and willingness to travel regularly (60-75% of the time).
