Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Experience
- Active TS with SCI eligibility.
- Minimum of 15 years of budget management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Planning, Program, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases of the DoD budget.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with budget formulation, enactment, and execution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with monitoring organizational spending, managing required reports, and informing senior leaders on the status and availability of funds.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Congressional budget process, Budget Justification documentation development, and Operation & Maintenance and Research, Development, Test & Evaluation appropriations.

Responsibilities :
SANCORP is seeking a Budget Analyst Level IV to provide budget analyst support to the Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP) Office within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). The following are examples of responsibilities :
