Education
A Master s degree in a field directly related to business management, program management, or national security.
Required Experience
- A minimum of fifteen years of management experience in environments similar to OSD components at the Under Secretary level, leading and supervising multi-disciplined teams of research analysts and multiple operational departments.
- Equivalent military experience is acceptable in lieu of civilian program management experience.
- Management experience in OSD, Joint, or Military Service components.

Responsibilities:
SANCORP is seeking a Program Manager to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Global Partnerships (DASD GP) as the focal point for Security Cooperation and Building Partnership Capacity (BPC), Institutional Capacity subject matter expertise, and the Department of Defense (DoD) to lead to prioritize, integrate, and evaluate bilateral and multilateral SC activities to strengthen U.S. and global security. The following are examples of responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain contract travel requirements, in support of Government requirements. This includes preparing travel documentation for Government approval and tracking Contractor travel burn rates.
- Serve as the Contractor s key interlocutor with the Government on this contract.
- Conduct in-processing and out processing for contract personnel under this contract.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of security cooperation authorities, legislative actions, and funding.
- Prepare and coordinate briefings, memoranda, letters, reports, studies, instructions, directives, e-mails, and other written documents.
- Develop and maintain accurate program records, to include meeting minutes, action items, and cost and schedule implementation.
- Prepare monthly reports on the activities performed under this contract for delivery to the Government Contracting Officer Representative and the Technical Contract Monitor.
- Support Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation policy or security cooperation regional policy and strategy development, as required.
