Required Experience
- Possess proof of completion for the Introduction to SAP Security (SA11.01) Course.
- A minimum of three (3) years experience as a Combatant Command or Service Headquarters SAP security manager.
- Experience in the daily oversight and execution of all SAP and ACCM activities.
- Willingness to submit to random selected CI, SCOPE Polygraph testing and/or any additional security screening as required.
- Knowledge of the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) and the DoD Enterprise Architecture framework (e.g., Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) Nonsecure Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network, NIPRNet and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS) networks), and the Information Technology (IT) rules and regulatory authorities to develop and implement policies and planning concepts, and project management methods.
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft office software applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the preparation of AMHS messages and working with counterintelligence, human intelligence and other intelligence professionals.

Responsibilities:
SANCORP is seeking a SAP Security Operations Manager in support of USSOUTHCOMS Special information operations. The following are examples of responsibilities:
- General SAP, STO, and ACCM Security Support
- Applying comprehensive knowledge of SAP and ACCM security protocols to manage user access, validate candidate eligibility, monitor activities, and enforce security policies to safeguard sensitive information.
- Ensuring full compliance with DoDM 5205.07, DoDM 5200.01, CJCSM 3213.02, and the USSOUTHCOM SAPCON SOP.
- Providing 24/7/365 on-call availability, including non-standard shifts, overtime, and surge support, as required.
- Supporting the Command SAP Control Officer and SAP Security Manager in tracking clearances, conducting initial screenings, managing SAP access, facilitating training, and supporting reinvestigations.
- Assisting in developing and implementing SAP security policies aligned with USSOUTHCOM standards; provide support to Component Commands for SAP and ACCM security requirements.
- Review and validate SAP nomination packages to ensure completeness and eligibility per DoDM 5205.07.
- Conducting initial indoctrination briefings and review foreign travel plans.
- Receiving and reporting personnel changes or derogatory information for adjudication.
- Delivering annual SAP security training and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Assist the ACCM Lead Control Officer and Security Manager with nominations, access adjudication, training, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensuring nomination package completeness and accuracy; validate candidates meet eligibility per CJCSM 3213.02 and SAPCON SOP.
- Providing initial and annual refresher training; maintaining Access Control Lists and managing user provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Enforcing role-based access controls and respond to changes in “Need to Know” status.
- Monitoring and reporting security incidents; taking corrective action when necessary to uphold policy compliance.
- Supporting SharePoint and DoD365 platform management, ensuring technical controls meet ACCM security standards for data processing and transmission.
