Key Responsibilities:
Clean and Prepare Guest Rooms: Ensure rooms are spotless by making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming floors.
Restock and Replenish Supplies: Provide guests with fresh towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
Ensure Quality and Safety: Follow cleaning protocols to ensure rooms are ready for guests, paying attention to health and safety standards.
Respond to Guest Requests: Assist with special requests like additional pillows, towels, or other room amenities.
Maintain Housekeeping Equipment: Keep cleaning equipment and carts well-stocked and organized.
Report Maintenance Issues: Inform the management team of any maintenance problems in guest rooms or public areas.
Maintain Hotel Standards: Ensure the hotel meets cleanliness and service standards, and work to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus but not required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the day.
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform work with accuracy and efficiency.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, reliable, and willing to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
