Sioux Falls Branch Manager & Cleaning Technician
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in a leadership role! This position offers flexible scheduling (30-40 hours per week based on preference) and competitive pay while providing an opportunity for both hands-on cleaning work and managerial responsibilities.
Managerial Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations at the Sioux Falls branch to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Conduct walkthroughs to assess job needs, provide estimates, and prepare specialty materials needed.
- Hire, train, and mentor new employees, ensuring they meet company expectations.
- Manage inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies and materials.
- Communicate with clients to schedule cleanings and address any concerns.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed for both employees and clients.
Cleaning Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning services for residential and rental properties, including:
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Laundry and trash removal
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Provide excellent customer service while coordinating with clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle physically demanding work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required.
