Location : On-site, Littleton, MA (Hybrid / Remote with approval)
Compensation : Salary Exempt - TBD based on experience and expertise
Job Type : Full-time 40 hours per week, standard business hours
Travel : 25% to locations in Massachusetts, rarely but as needed
Position Overview : The Finance Coordinator at Sanctuary Medicinals will play a crucial role in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role will provide financial support to the finance team and help maintain financial integrity across all company departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process weekly payroll.
- Create financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial records.
- Ensure compliance with cannabis industry regulations, including tax and reporting requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in managing company financial resources.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of audits and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate financial databases and filing systems.
- Support the finance team in preparing financial summaries.
- Work closely with internal teams to review financial data and provide recommendations for cost savings or process improvements, to include vendor cost sourcing and management.
- Ensure all financial processes are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Other projects as assigned.
