Behavioral Health Technician For Adolescent Home - Weekend Days & Overnights

Responsibilities:Provide Behavioral Support to a single adolescent memberProvide direct patient care in a group home setting for this memberCommunicate with medical staff and co-workers about changes in the patient's condition including vital signs, and behavioral and physical symptoms.Able to respond to changes in patient's behavioral statusKeep member's routine schedules such as medications and appointments.Transport members to and from appointmentsAccurately document observed behaviorQualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderHS Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or relevant field preferred)Previous experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs requiredDrug test within 24 hours of offer w/ negative resultsValid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history checkCurrent AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 per hourExpected hours: 34-40 per weekBenefits:
