ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Intranet Product Management:
Strategy and Planning:
- Define the vision and roadmap for the intranet to align with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct user research to understand employee needs and pain points.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and user feedback.
Content Management:
- Establish and maintain content governance standards for consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure timely and relevant updates.
- Optimize navigation and structure for ease of use.
User Experience (UX):
- Enhance intranet design and usability based on analytics and user behavior.
- Ensure seamless integration between the intranet and other tools.
Development and Implementation:
- Partner with IT teams to manage upgrades, integrations, and security.
- Oversee the launch of new features and functionalities.
Engagement and Analytics:
- Develop strategies to drive intranet adoption and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics like active users, content engagement, and usage patterns.
Training Development and Delivery:
Curriculum and Content Creation:
- Design and deliver training on various topics, including professional development, processes, and tools.
- Develop engaging, interactive e-learning modules and manage learning management systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and relevance.
Program Implementation:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and support staff.
- Continuously update and enhance training materials to reflect evolving business needs.
Evaluation and Support:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.

Relevant Experience:

- Familiarity with financial services or similar industries is a plus.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CPLP or equivalent are preferred.
