What You'll Do
Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable results.Build and optimize lead generation funnels that fuel our sales team with high-quality prospects.Manage and collaborate with a Social Media Manager, while being hands-on yourself - this isn't a “delegate and disappear” role.Take ownership of all marketing channels, from digital ads and social media to email campaigns and events.Roll up your sleeves to create, test, and tweak campaigns when needed.Analyze performance metrics, adjusting campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI.Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our audience and reflects our brand.What We're Looking For :
Proven experience as a marketing leader with a strong focus on lead generation.Someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, can talk CTRs, CPCs, and ROAS in their sleep, and knows how to get results.Experience in real estate is a bonus, but your ability to generate leads matters most.A creative problem-solver who's not afraid to challenge the status quo.A hands-on operator who's ready to dig in, execute, and make things happen.Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Why Join Us?
