What You'll Do :
Own the entire sales process from initial contact to close, ensuring a seamless client experience.Lead, manage, and coach a growing sales team, setting clear targets and inspiring performance.Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to optimize lead quality and conversion.Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through a premium buying experience.Analyze sales metrics and pipeline performance to continually identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and refine a sales strategy that maximizes efficiency, conversion rates, and revenue.Roll up your sleeves—this isn't a “sit back and watch” role; you'll actively close deals while leading the charge.What We're Looking For :
A proven sales leader with a history of closing high-value deals ($500,000 ) and exceeding targets.Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Strong experience building and managing sales teams that deliver consistent results.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that inspire confidence and trust.Real estate experience is a bonus, but your ability to close deals matters most.Proficiency with tools like CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).Why Join Us?
