What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Engineer position at Sanctuary?
Location: Dripping Springs, Texas (Remote with occasional site visits, must be licensed in Texas)
About Us
We're real estate developers building a one-of-a-kind sanctuary (100 homes), where modern design, healthy homes, and community come together. From toxin-free materials and water filtration to nature-first architecture and seamless buyer experiences, everything we create is intentional.
We've got vision and design, now we need you to help us bring it to life structurally, efficiently, and beautifully. You'll be our first in-house structural hire.
If you're tired of value engineering someone else's designs and want to own the structural story from start to finish - this is your chance.
Why this role matters
Right now, we rely on external structural consultants. Which means delays, costs, and too much back-and-forth. We need someone who gets it done - quickly, cleanly, and smart.
You'll go from “what if?” to “let's build it” - and you'll build the structural team behind it too.
This isn't a one-and-done project.
We're starting with 100 homes in Texas Hill Country, but we're actively acquiring more land to build sanctuaries across the US. This is your chance to get in early and help shape a long-term vision that's just getting started.
What You'll Own
We are creating a team of top 1% of extraordinary people from all around the world with a clear vision and a sense of purpose. Our decision is based on the answer “Would Elon Musk hire you?” The team enjoys the freedom of creating their own schedule and with a clear set of priorities, working from any part of the world.
Join us in providing human beings what they truly deserve.
