What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Custodian position at Sand Creek Community Schools?
SUMMARY:
The custodian shall provide general maintenance and cleaning of the buildings.
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Performs all custodial tasks including but not limited to: dusting, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, wall cleaning, trash removal, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, room set-ups, scrubbing floors.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and climb scaffolding.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Custodian experience preferred
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Part-time, year-round (average 30 hours per week)
- School year hours: 3:00pm – 9:00pm
- Summer hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm
