Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Specialist at Sand Dollar Real Estate, LLC in Kennebunkport, ME. The Guest Services Specialist is support for operations in our vacation rental division. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for or guests, owners and internal customers (team). Maintaining interpersonal communication with clients, answering phones/emails, handling check-in/check-out process, document and solve property maintenence issues, selling/marketing short-term-rental weeks, filling longer term rentals (walk-through inspections, checking references, showing property), running adn a variety of other tasks.
Qualifications
- Guest Services, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Interpersonal Skills for building relationships with clients
- Problem solve/conflict resolution
- Recptionist experience (experience answering phones and directing calls).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality or real estate industry is a plus
- Keeping reception area neat/clean/stocked.
- Servicing customers may mean we need to complete some "dirty" jobs (clean grill, etc.)
Hours/Expectiations
November - April - Monday thru Friday 9:30-5:00/Flexible
May - October - Saturday's are required (5 Day work week).
Some on-call work during summer months.
Pay TBD - Dependent upon experience.
