One of Southern Utah’s top-ranked golf destinations, our golf course is ranked in the top 50 out of the 100 top resort golf courses. The resort encompasses over 180 units ranging from one (1) to six (6) bedrooms for guests to relax in during their stay. Dine in our picturesque restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the gorgeous Southern Utah mountain ranges, ending your evening with a concert underneath the stars in our gorgeous Rock Bowl.

The Banquet Server plays a key role in providing exceptional customer service during events, ensuring that guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. The individual in this position will assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events while ensuring the highest standard of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Banquet Server Responsibilities:
- Assist in the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area, ensuring all tables, chairs, and decorations are arranged according to event specifications
- Relay food and beverage orders to guests promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness, ensuring that all areas are tidy and that sanitary standards are consistently met, including proper handling of food and beverages
- Anticipate guests’ needs by being attentive and responsive to their requests
- Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns or issues raised by guests, communicating with the appropriate personnel to resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate team members to ensure guests’ needs are met
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure and professionalism while working in a busy, fast-paced event setting
Banquet Server Requirements:
- Previous experience in a banquet or catering setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry or lift trays, dishes, and other items as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the company dress code and grooming standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during events
Type: Part-Time and On-Call

Salary: $14/hr - $16/hr tips
