Responsibilities:
- Operate production line equipment and machinery
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. Candidates must perform repetitive tasks. Safety is a top priority, so adherence to safety guidelines and protocols is essential. The work environment is not climate controlled.
