What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Wedding Coordinator position at Sand Springs Country Club?
Sand Springs Country Club is looking for an Assistant Wedding Coordinator to join our team!
Ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Assist Wedding Coordinator in set up and execution of events
- Ability to work well with all aspects of Food and Beverage department (front and back of house)
- Assist in hiring, training, & scheduling of staff on weekly basis
- Manage staff throughout course of wedding
- Assist Coordinator in developing new ways to market and promote Sand Springs Country Club
- Communicate information effectively to potential and booked couples via telephone and/or e-mail
- Conduct venue tours, wedding tastings, and other necessary meeting with Wedding Coordinator
- Prior food and beverage experience is a plus
This is a year round position that requires candidate to be able to work nights and weekends.
