What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kids Ministry Lead (Saturday) position at Sandals Church?
THE ROLE:
Lead with spiritual direction, discipling of volunteers and families while overseeing impactful kids' services for Early Childhood (babies - 4 years old) and Elementary (Kindergarten - 6th Grade) on Saturday nights at the Hunter Park campus.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spiritual leadership and discipleship
- Program execution
- Team coordination and development
- Follow-up and communication

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
- Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour.
- We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer
