THE ROLE:
Lead with spiritual direction, discipling of volunteers and families while overseeing impactful kids' services for Early Childhood (babies - 2 years old) and Elementary (Kindergarten - 6th Grade) on Saturday nights at the Hunter Park campus.

Lead with spiritual direction, discipling of volunteers and families while overseeing impactful kids' services for Early Childhood (babies - 2 years old) and Elementary (Kindergarten - 6th Grade) on Saturday nights at the Hunter Park campus.
Some Key Responsibilities
- Spiritual leadership and discipleship
- Program execution
- Team coordination and development
- Follow-up and communication
- An individual who other people want to be around; relational and fun
- Energized by spending time with other people and connecting with families
- A lover of coffee, collaboration and a little bit of chaos (You also love Jesus)
- You have experience leading a diverse team of people
- You can make quick decisions and adapt to change or unexpected situations
- You can stay on top of emails, communication and personal health
- Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour.
