What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kids Program Lead position at Sandals Church?
THE ROLE:
Design, plan, and execute engaging programs and outreach experiences that inspire kids to grow in their faith.
SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate on and develop programming elements for kids and families
- Oversee, train, and equip a team to execute program
- Make connections with community leaders, such as local school administration
- Operate within an organizational discipleship strategy for kids and families
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:
- Skilled at incorporating creativity and fun into most of what you do
- Interested in bringing Biblical truth to life so kids enjoy learning about Jesus
- The person in the friend group who hosts the weekly game night

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
- Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour.
- We will provide a pay rate that is within our compensation structure and that fits a candidate’s qualifications and experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage for a job offer
