- Develop and implement church-wide marketing and communication strategies to support the mission, vision, and goals of the church.
- Collaborate with campus pastors and network leaders to align communication strategies with the unique needs and culture of each campus.
- Oversee the development of high-quality content, including social media posts, email campaigns, website updates, videos, print materials, and app content.
- Ensure all content aligns with the church’s brand voice, values, and standards of excellence in grammar and design.
- Provide feedback and coaching to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality marketing output.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics across all digital platforms to optimize communication strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Manage email platforms (e.g., MailChimp) for campus and church-wide campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation and delivery.

Compensation:
- Pay Range: $20-$23 per hour
