Job Summary
">The Campus Youth Lead is responsible for fostering connections among students, leaders, and others by creating engaging environments, organizing events, and facilitating experiences.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Collaborate with campus staff to connect with students and parents on weekends. ">
- Direct students to next steps, including groups on Wednesday nights, serving on the weekends, and attending outreach events. ">
- Provide knowledgeable guidance in student ministry and a passion for working with teenagers. ">
- Develop and motivate adults and students to become leaders. ">
- Effectively communicate and relate to others, especially teens and their parents. ">
- Recruit, train, and lead adult volunteers and student leaders. ">
- Oversee/manage multiple technical components simultaneously. ">
- Collaborate with all ministries during weekend experiences. ">
- Engage in spiritual conversations with parents and youth. ">
- Desire to excel in a multi-site, centrally driven youth ministry model.
