Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to assist in the leasing office at a 299 unit apartment complex in Seabrook, TX - Dwell at Clear Lake Apartment Homes
As the first impression of our community, it is important our leasing consultant understands the value of providing strong customer service. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image. We are looking for a true team player to add to a growing company.
Responsibilities :
- Answering incoming phones.
- Greeting and touring prospective residents, able to provide them with community information and rental rates.
- Follow up and document status of leads.
- Process and verify leasing applications and corresponding documents.
- Updating and maintaining records and data bases.
- Outreach marketing.
