Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic Lake Front dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced setting. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, communicating clearly with the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Assist in bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge to assist guests in making informed choices, including specials and dietary options.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, following sanitation guidelines.

Skills

• Experience in the food service industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards to ensure safety and quality.
• Excellent math skills for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and team members alike.

Pay: $14.30 - $25.00 per hour
