The Client Services Coordinator plays an important role in fostering firm relations, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while cultivating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The role encompasses managing all front desk operations and providing administrative assistance to the office.

What you’ll do:
Front Desk Management:
· Be the Face of Our Firm : Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, offering assistance when needed.
· Communications : Manage all incoming calls to our switchboard, ensuring seamless communication within the firm.
· Visitor Coordination : Correspond with building security to welcome upcoming visitors to the firm.
· Meeting Support : Assist with ordering food and beverage services for firm meetings and external guests.
· Client-Attorney Liaison : Act as a vital liaison between clients and attorneys, providing clerical and administrative support to visiting attorneys when needed.
· Invoice Management : Handle invoices and expenses related to administrative tasks.
· Versatile Support : Take on various administrative duties as assigned by People Operations.
Facilities Duties:
· Work alongside the Operations Manager and Facilities Department to ensure Facilities needs are handled timely and appropriately.
You should have:
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to pivot with challenges.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Two or more years of related experience and/or training in general office procedures. Prior law firm experience helpful.

· The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $52,000 per year. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education, as well as internal equity considerations .
