Our install crews are the heart of our company. We are growing fast and looking to bring on some more hands to help us kick off the busy spring season right. But we need more than hands. We need experienced Solar Crew Leads who will be responsible for organizing, training, and managing crews according to project guidelines. Our Crew leads are directly responsible for the quality reputation of Sandbox Solar as the Top Solar Installer in Northern Colorado.
Our Crew Leads :
- Lead by example and represent Sandbox Solar with the professionalism and customer service we're known for;
- Oversee installation of PV solar projects and are accountable to ensure that quality, efficiency and safety standards of the company are consistently met;
- Take on the complex difficult projects to drive our mission of being the most technical and experienced installer with background knowledge in solar, batteries, generators, EV chargers, and whatever the future brings;
- Document completed installations;
- Ensure job sites are cleaned up upon completion of installation; and will
- Drive and maintain company vehicles.
