Sandbox is an entertainment destination that includes cornhole, sand volleyball and pickleball with a 2 story restaurant and two full service bars. We have indoor seating, patio seating, and Northland's LARGEST rooftop deck. We have an extensive menu that includes entrees, burgers/sandwiches, steaks, salads, appetizers, and desserts. We also have multiple beers on tap and a large cocktail menu.
This is a fast-paced position with a lot of interaction with customers, so we are looking for individuals who are outgoing, sociable and responsible. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and is able to multitask effectively while remaining calm. Applicants must have a willingness to exceed all guest expectations with over the top service. Experience is preferred, but not required. Individuals need to possess a passion for customer service.
We are looking to hire immediately.
Full and Part-Time positions needed IMMEDIATELY. Must be available nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests and staff in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to lift 20 pounds.
- Be able to constantly move around and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Deal with difficult customers.
- Starting a shift on time.
- Not leaving during a shift without permission from management.
