Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance practices. This role is critical in maintaining equipment functionality, ensuring safety standards, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other machinery.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and logic controllers, ensuring prompt resolution of problems.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing equipment malfunctions.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices in industrial maintenance, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Relevant certifications or training in industrial maintenance or related fields are a plus. MUST be a Certified Pool Operator(CPO)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.82 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
